Thank you for purchasing courses from Innervisions. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality educational content through our learning platform powered by Tutor LMS. This Refund Policy outlines when and how we offer refunds for digital course purchases.
- Digital Course Refunds
As our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or downloaded.
However, we may offer a refund within 7 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:
- You have not completed more than [10%] of the course content.
- You provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the course.
- You submit your refund request within the [7-day window].
Refund requests outside this period will not be considered.
- Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted in writing to [brian@innervisions.co.uk within [7] days of purchase.
- You must not have received a course completion certificate.
- You must not have downloaded any attached resources (e.g., PDF guides, files, etc.), where applicable.
- Your account must not be flagged for misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who abuse our refund policy.
- Subscription or Membership Refunds
If you have purchased a recurring subscription or membership, you may request a refund within the first [7] days of your initial purchase only.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Renewal charges
- Monthly/annual payments made after the initial refund window
- Cancellation of subscriptions after access has been granted
To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
- Course Bundle or Discounted Packages
Refunds are not available for courses purchased as part of a bundle, promotional offer, or discounted package, unless explicitly stated.
- Instructor-Specific Policies
If you purchased a course created by an individual instructor or third-party provider, please check their refund terms if available. All refund requests must still go through Innervisions.
- Processing Refunds
If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
