Thank you for purchasing courses from Innervisions. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality educational content through our learning platform powered by Tutor LMS. This Refund Policy outlines when and how we offer refunds for digital course purchases.

  1. Digital Course Refunds

As our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or downloaded.

However, we may offer a refund within 7 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • You have not completed more than [10%] of the course content.
  • You provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the course.
  • You submit your refund request within the [7-day window].

Refund requests outside this period will not be considered.

  1. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted in writing to [brian@innervisions.co.uk within [7] days of purchase.
  • You must not have received a course completion certificate.
  • You must not have downloaded any attached resources (e.g., PDF guides, files, etc.), where applicable.
  • Your account must not be flagged for misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who abuse our refund policy.

  1. Subscription or Membership Refunds

If you have purchased a recurring subscription or membership, you may request a refund within the first [7] days of your initial purchase only.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Renewal charges
  • Monthly/annual payments made after the initial refund window
  • Cancellation of subscriptions after access has been granted

To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

  1. Course Bundle or Discounted Packages

Refunds are not available for courses purchased as part of a bundle, promotional offer, or discounted package, unless explicitly stated.

  1. Instructor-Specific Policies

If you purchased a course created by an individual instructor or third-party provider, please check their refund terms if available. All refund requests must still go through Innervisions.

  1. Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
